"The three players will arrive in Alexandria next week to finalize the deals," Ittihad president Mohamed Moselhi told FilGoal.com.
Diminutive striker Mboua is familiar with Egyptian fans, having played for Zamalek from 2004 to 2006.
The 23-year-old, who will end a Dutch spell having played for second-division sides SC Cambuur and Fortuna Sittard, struggled to make an impact at the Cairo giants though but he could have a chance to resurrect his career in Egypt with Ittihad.
Otobong is also a striker who plays for Syrian side Ittihad. He is set to pen a three-year deal with the Alexandria-based club.
Ittihad also seek to strengthen their backline with the signing of 21-year-old central defender Awoa.
The three players are expected to fill the team's vacant places for foreigners next season.
Ittihad finished tenth in the 16-team Premier League table under coach Carlos Cabral.
The Brazilian tactician had his contract renewed for two seasons.
