"It is not the right time to speak about the issue. I am totally focused on the Cairo derby on Wednesday," Hassan told FilGoal.com.
"But all the details will be known when the season ends," the Egypt captain said.
Hassan has been mumbling angry words when he was substituted during the 3-0 victory over lower-division side Nabaroh.
Al-Badri looked angered by Hassan's reaction and appeared as castigating the veteran midfielder.
Hours later, Ahli's official website ran a statement announcing that Hassan apologized to the manager.
He refused to comment on whether he really apologized to the manager or not.
"Ahli fans and the media will know everything when the Egyptian Cup is over," Hassan added.
League champions Ahli will take on their arch-rivals Zamalek in the round of the 16 as they seek to win the double.
