"I won't consider my future or think about what is going to happen to me until after the World Cup," Gerrard told the Daily Star on Monday.
"After the World Cup you have three or four weeks of holiday to consider what the next best move will be for you."
Reports said Gerrard is growing increasingly frustrated with Liverpool’s inability to compete for honors.
The Reds have not won any title since winning the FA Cup in 2006.
Gerrard is linked with a host of clubs, including Spanish giants Real Madrid who are set to appoint Portuguese Jose Mourinho as their new coach.
The 29-year-old midfielder is an integral member of England's squad that will play in the World Cup in South Africa.
The Three Lions will face Algeria, Slovenia and the United States in Group C of the football’s most prestigious tournament.
