The prolific forward, who hit a brace against Arab Contractors to help Hodoud seal a 3-1 win in the Egyptian Cup quarter finals on Saturday, was impressive throughout last season.
His assured displays earned him a place in the Egypt's squad and also caught the attention of top-flight clubs, including Cairo duo Ahli and Zamalek.
But Eid assured that he's staying in Alexandria for another season.
"I will remain a Hodoud player next season. That's my final decision," he told Modern TV.
Drop in form
When asked about the cup game, the 30-year-old admitted that he felt rather nervous when Contractors pulled one back.
Eid gave Hodoud a two-goal advantage before Hamada Al-Sayed reduced the arrears 15 minutes from time.
"We suffered a drop in form after conceding the goal but we eventually scored a third to settle the game into our favor," he added.
The Egypt international earned the penalty kick which Ahmed Abdul-Ghani converted in the 90th minute to complete the rout.
