As expected, Al-Badri excluded quartet Ahmed Ali, Alaa Shaban, Mahmoud Tobah and Mohamed Mokhtar from his 20-man list.
Two more players should be named in the squad hours before the match.
Ismaili will face Harras Hodoud in the second semi-final match on the same day. The cup final takes place Monday at Cairo Stadium.
