Egyptian midfielder Ayman Abdul-Aziz has returned to the Turkish Super Liga through his former club Konyaspor.
Konya, who were promoted to the top flight this season, said on their official site that the 31-year-old was signed upon the request of manager Ziya Dogan.
Abdul-Aziz had a loan spell at Konya in 2008-2009 after he failed to find his place with old club Zamalek.
The Cairo club eventually released him this summer, even though he was assigned team captain after re-joining two years ago.
He also played for Kocaelispor, Malatyaspor, Genclerbirligi, Trabzonspor and most recently Diyarbakirspor.
The Egypt international is currently working hard to be fit for Konya's season opener against Turkish champions Bursaspor next week.
