International striker Zaki was injured in the Cairo side's league opener against Harras Hodoud early this month and took no part in Egypt's friendly with DR Congo as a result.
However, he underwent medical examinations that indicated he is fit to feature against the petroleum side in Cairo.
Shikabala was also included in the 19-man list despite his ongoing dispute with Zamalek over his possible move to Belgium's Anderlecht.
Zamalek boss Hossam Hassan also named Hazem Emam and Hani Saied for the match along with newly-signed striker Emad Mohamed.
Iraqi ace Emad is widely expected to make his competitive debut against Petrojet.
On the other hand, Hassan Mostafa and Ahmed Ghanem have been both ruled out of the game as they are yet to reach full recovery.
Influential midfielder Hussein Yasser was also left out because he hasn't arrived from Qatar, where he was on international duty of late.
