Even though he is happy at Nou Camp, the Swedish has been strongly linked with leaving the Spanish champions as AC Milan emerged as possible suitors this week.
"I don't know what the problem is," Ibrahimovic told Italian television after Wednesday's friendly with Milan.
"The directors have told me they don't want to sell me but I don't know what the coach thinks because he doesn't speak to me.
"We've only spoken twice in the last six months. I'm happy here and I'm not a problem."
Reason
Guardiola replied to Ibra's claims by indicating that the frosty relationship must be for a reason, even so he refused to name it.
"If I have only spoken to him twice in the last six months, it is for a reason," said the Barca boss.
"There's always a reason for things. I'm super-communicative and talked to him for 45 minutes, it was not a tense conversation.
"I have an open door, if we do not speak, of course there's a reason but now is not the time to talk about it. I insist. For the sake of the institution it is better not say anything."
