The Algerian outfit reached the competition's semi-final after producing a spirited display in front of a sell-out crowd at Cairo Stadium.
They secured a share of spoils despite playing the entire second half with 10 men after Abdennour Cherif was dismissed shortly before the break after collecting a second yellow card for simulation.
Kabylie defeated Ahli 1-0 in Algeria earlier this month in a bad-tempered clash that was marred by some unfortunate incidents on and off the pitch.
But Sunday's game was not tarnished by any unsporting behavior, according to Hannaci.
"There was no need for any extra security measures, everything was perfect," he told Nile Sport following the game.
"We were comfortable during that visit. The reception was very good at the airport and the stadium."
Kabylie will host fellow Egyptian side Ismaili next month in their penultimate group-stage game.
They lauded the warm reception they got in Ismailia when they defeated the Dervishes 1-0 last month.
"Ismaili will be warmly welcomed when they come to visit us in (Algerian city) Tizi Ouzou," Hannachi added.
