The Algerians have already booked their ticket to the competition's semi-finals as Ahli, Ismaili and Heartland of Nigeria fight it out for the remaining spot.
While bottom of the group Ismaili have no option but to win in Tizi Ouzou, the Dervishes were warned ahead of Friday's clash.
"I insist that we will not be complacent in this game. We will do our utmost to win in order to ensure our leadership," Belkalem, dubbed 'The Rock', told Echoroukonline.
"Our fans are giving us great support and we are all aware of the responsibility, that’s why we have to win.
"Everyone knows about the strength of Ismaili, and this gives us extra motivation."
Kabylie stunned the Dervishes at home in the group stage opener last month, before beating last year's finalists Heartland and Egyptian champions Ahli by the same 1-0 scoreline.
Another home victory would see them secure top spot and send Ismaili out of the competition.
