Saied, who vowed to ditch his bad boy image when he moved to Ittihad on a free transfer in June, reached an agreement with the club to terminate his deal.
"I can no longer play under (Brazilian coach) Carlos Cabral," the 30-year-old told FilGoal.com on Saturday.
"Ittihad board should be careful because Cabral is ruining the relationship between the club and their fans.
"I don't know how a popular club such as Ittihad can continue with that coach."
Saied, who also played for Ahli, Zamalek and Ismaili in Egypt, has made just one appearance since joining Ittihad.
He came on as a second-half substitute in the team's 1-1 draw with promoted MCDR in their Egyptian Premier League opener.
Cabral opted to leave him out of Ittihad's squad for the following games due to 'lack of commitment'.
Saied was once dubbed as one of the finest defenders in Egypt but his temper got the better of him on numerous occasions to hamper his progress.
He was heavily criticized for failing to live up to his potential due to some reckless actions on and off the pitch.
"I don't know what I will do next, but I want to join a club outside Egypt," the 30-year-old added.
"If I don't find that club I will join one of the popular teams in Egypt."
Saied had a brief spell with English Premier League side Everton in 2003 but he failed to play a competitive match with them.
He also played for Turkish duo Rizespor and Ankaragucu between 2006 and 2008.
