The Egyptian champions had a $600,000 offer turned down for the 21-year-old last week, as their bid seems to be far from what the Swedish side had expected.
"AIK want around 30M Swedish Krona ($4.3M) for the striker. They laughed off the $600,000 bid," agent Patrick Dark told Sierra Express Media.
"I told the Egyptians that they can possibly get the right thumb of Mohamed for the money."
Meanwhile, AIK sporting director Jens Anderson labeled the Ahli offer as 'too bad', stressing that Bangura is not even for sale.
Bangura caught the eye of the Cairo giants when he impressed for Sierra Leone in a CAN 2012 qualifier in Egypt earlier this month.
The pacey striker caused havoc for the Egypt backline, scoring the only goal for his nation in the surprise 1-1 draw.
