Harras Hodoud's final chance to keep their Confederation Cup hopes alive could be dented by the number of injuries ahead of Saturday's crucial clash at Sfaxien.

The Alexandrians are bottom of their group with two matches remaining, having won two points from four games.

"Our stance in the group is very difficult, but I think we can turn this around," manager Tarek Al-Ashri told FilGoal.com.

"We are hit by a host of injuries, but the most important is our keeper's. I really can't figure out a solution for this problem!"

Hodoud's first-choice keeper Maturin Kameni cannot play until the new year due to a cruciate ligament injury.

Moreover, deputy keeper Ali Farag is out with a thigh problem, leaving the inexperienced Mohamed Saied as the only available option for Al-Ashri.

Mohamed Mekki, Abdul-Rahman Farouk, Fadi Nagah, Ahmed Saied 'Ouka', Mohamed Asaad have all missed the Sfaxien trip due to injury and suspension as well.
