Al-Hadari's appeal against the ban FIFA imposed on him last year has been turned down by the Swiss Federal Court on Friday.
Consequently, the punishment, which also includes a $796,500 fine, is now effective immediately.
Abdul-Wahed Al-Sayed is set to be standing between the sticks on a more regular basis for the next four months.
"We saw it coming and prepared ourselves for this," Hassan told FilGoal.com.
"Al-Hadari could be influential with any team but we have Abdul-Wahed Al-Sayed at our disposal. He's one of the best keepers in Egypt.
"Now we are considering signing a new guardian. We have already contacted several goalies."
Al-Hadari, who turns 38 next January, was sanctioned for violating his contract with Ahli in 2008 to join Swiss side Sion.
