Geddo, a natural deep-lying forward, spearheaded Ahli's attack in Wednesday's hard-fought 1-0 victory at Petrojet due to shortage of options upfront.
"(Liberian striker) Francis Doe and Osama Hosni are nursing groin injuries and might not be able to recover in time for Thursday's game against ENPPI," Ahli football director Hadi Khashaba told FilGoal.com.
"But the medical staff is doing its best to prepare them for that tough game."
Mohamed Talaat will also not be available against ENPPI as he is still sanctioned by Ahli for lack of commitment.
Lebanese Mohamed Ghaddar, who joined the Red Devils in the close season, is the only recognized striker at the disposal of coach Hossam Al-Badri who does not prefer to field him.
Geddo played in an unfamiliar position against Petrojet but stole the show after scoring the winning goal in the first half.
He met a pinpoint cross from Mohamed Barakat with a fine acrobatic effort to help Ahli allay their African woes following their Champions League elimination at the hands of Tunisia's Esperance.
Defending champions Ahli, who eye a seventh consecutive league title, lie third in the table with 14 points from six games.
They can leapfrog arch-rivals Zamalek into top spot if they win their two games in hand.
