For weeks the Iraq star has been seeking to end his spell with the Cairo club, citing his failure to adapt to the lifestyle in the Egyptian capital as a reason for his decision to depart.
Recently, Emad offered $250,000 in order to buy out the remainder of his contract with Zamalek.
Nonetheless, the Whites refused to declare his contract null and void. Instead, they announced they agree to let the international striker join another club on a loan basis should he receive a worthwhile offer.
"Mohamed and I met with Zamalek marketing director Ashraf Sobhi as well as board members Tarek Ghoneim and Abdullah George," agent Mohamed Salem told FilGoal.com. "We discussed the future of the player.
"They definitely don't want to sell him permanently but would allow him to join another team on a six-month loan, provided that the deal is financially beneficial for Zamalek.
"It would be a good opportunity for the player to become less troubled. He said he would think about it."
Emad joined Zamalek on a free transfer from Iran's Sepahan Esfahan in the summer and was tipped to shine by manager Hossam Hassan.
But the 28-year-old struggled to establish his first-team place with the five-time African champions before unveiling his desire to leave.
