Foreign officials for Zamalek-Masri clash

Masri have confirmed that their next Egyptian Premier League match against Zamalek will be officiated by a foreign referee at the Port-Said club's expense.<br>

Masri have confirmed that their next Egyptian Premier League match against Zamalek will be officiated by a foreign referee at the Port-Said club's expense.

"We reached an agreement with a foreign team of officials. It will cost us $15, 000," Masri chairman Kamel Abou-Ali told FilGoal.com.

"Of course we have faith in our local referees, but it is better to avoid any tense before such games."

Belgian referee Frank De Bleeckere was in charge of Masri's 1-1 draw with league holders Ahli earlier this season.

Mokhtar Mokhtar's side are currently two points behind leaders Zamalek ahead of the November 21st encounter in Cairo.
