Zamalek defender Mahmoud Fathallah has been declared fit to play against Ismaili in the Egyptian Premier League after recovering from a hamstring injury.

The Egypt man felt pain in his hamstring during training on Sunday but a day later medical examinations indicated that he will be able to feature in Wednesday's match.

After undergoing the tests, former Ghazl Mahalla player Fathallah trained normally and now he is expected to be included in Zamalek's starting line-up.

The Whites are on top of the league table on 18 points while Ismaili lie 9th with 13.
