Hassan claims that Olympic team manager Ramzy used foul language against youngsters Omar Gaber and Mohamed Ibrahim, who scored a wonder goal to win the game for Zamalek against Masri on Sunday.
The Zamalek boss also accused Shehata of being uneasy with star man Shikabala, who pulled out of last week's friendly against Australia with a back injury.
Official request
"I made an official request to the board in order to do something to protect Zamalek players from being insulted with national teams," Hassan told reporters after Sunday's win over Masri.
"For example, Hani Ramzy insulted Omar Gaber and Mohamed Ibrahim in front of their teammates.
"First team coach Shehata was too snob with Shikabala and Ibrahim Salah when they got injured."
Midfielder Salah was injured during the Australia win and was set to miss the Masri game, but was then included in the starting eleven by Hassan.
During his playing days, Hassan had a frosty relationship with former Egypt and Ahli mate Ramzy.
His relationship with Shehata also ended on a low note as the latter opted not to recall him to the Egypt squad, following the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations triumph.
