Borussia Dortmund have extended their lead on top of the Bundesliga table to seven points with a thumping 4-1 victory over Borussia Moenchengladbach.

Juergen Klopp's men overturned their trailing after Marco Reus had given the hosts the lead with a wonder goal.

Goals from Neven Subotic, Shinji Kagawa, Kevin Grosskreutz and Lucas Barrios gave Dortmund their fifth straight league win at Signal Iduna.

There was no place for Mohamed Zidan in the match squad as the Egypt forward has been struggling with a foot injury of late.

Zidan, who just returned from a six-month layoff, has yet to play a single game for Dortmund this season, even though he featured in Egypt's recent friendly win over Australia.

Dortmund, flying with 37 points from 14 games, visit Nurernberg next weekend.
