Local reports suggested that Al-Hadari was contemplating joining former Ahli coach Hossam Al-Badri to Merreikh.
Al-Badri is expected to be officially unveiled as Merreikh's new boss in the coming few days.
"I neither traveled to Sudan nor held any talks with the Sudanese club," Al-Hadari said on his official website on Friday.
"I trained normally and Friday and went to watch Masri's game against Arab Contractors (in the Egyptian Premier League) in the stadium."
Al-Hadari's relationship with Zamalek reached a dead end goalkeeping coach Emad Al-Mandouh accused him of insulting the club last month.
The 37-year-old, who is serving a four-month ban imposed on him by FIFA for violating his contract with Ahli in 2008 to join Swiss side Sion, has been skipping training since then.
He took part in Harras Hodoud's training to further infuriate the disgruntled Zamalek.
