Ismaili will let defender Moatasem Salem go should he receive a lucrative offer, a board member said.

"We would accept a worthwhile bid for Salem these days because of our need of money," the Ismaili official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told FilGoal.com.

It's understood that Ismaili are facing a financial predicament as the tax department has frozen their bank accounts.

Salem was once close to joining Ahli last summer but the deal collapsed after the Dervishes' officials decided to keep hold of him.

The Egypt international was also targeted by Zamalek in the close season while Petrojet are understood to be among his suitors nowadays.

"So far, no club have informed us of their interest in any of our players. There are no ongoing talks as was recently reported," the board member added.

FilGoal.com learnt that Salem, 30, was approached by an unnamed Qatari club in October.
