Ahli’s league clash with Arab Contractors will be played at the Military Academy instead of Cairo Stadium for ‘security reasons’, the Egyptian FA said.

The FA’s official site announced the news for the Saturday match without specifying details about the security-related decision.

Ahli played one of their previous five league outings at Cairo Stadium to the number of rescheduled matches they had.

After facing Contractors, the league holders clash with Cairo rivals Zamalek in their final rescheduled match on December 30th.

It is not the first time that an Egyptian Premier League fixture was altered this month, amid preparations for the presidential elections next year.
