Egypt handed easy draw in friendly tournament

The African champions avoided relatively-strong teams like Sudan, Kenya and DR Congo, who will all compete in Group B.

Egypt, who host the tournament this month, will play their opening match against Tanzania on the 5th of January, before facing Uganda three days later.

The final group game will be against Burundi on the 11th as the tournament ends on the 17th of January.
