MCDR striker Ibrahima Toure has been banned for two matches for head-butting Ahli defender Ahmed Al-Sayed in Saturday’s 1-1 league draw.

The towering Ivorian escaped punishment as referee Abdul-Kader Morsi didn’t spot him assaulting the opposition minute after coming on as a second-half substitute.

Toure, 26, is the younger brother of Manchester City’s Ivorian duo Yaya and Kolo Toure.

In the same subject, the FA’s disciplinary committee announced that ENPPI assistant coach Magdi Abdul-Aati has been handed a one-match ban for protesting.
