Zamalek under-fire star Shikabala is set to travel with the squad to Kenya for the Champions League first round tie against Ulinzi Stars.

The 24-year-old missed a couple of training sessions without permission after the weekend game with Military Production, following a spat with football director Ibrahim Hassan.

Hassan later announced that Shikabala will not be part of the team’s squad for the Ulinzi trip, only for Zamalek chairman Galal Ibrahim to interfere and clear the air between the duo.

Shikabala’s inclusion meant that winger Hazem Emam will stay at home as star striker Amr Zaki continues to miss out with a knee injury.

Unsettled midfielder Ashour Al-Adham was also dropped from the list as he expressed his desire to leave.

"Al-Adham asked to leave. He wants to return to his former club Masri," director of football Hassan told FilGoal.com.

"We have no problem, but we are yet to receive any offer from Masri."

Al-Adham joined Zamalek in January 2010 upon the request of manager Hossam Hassan, who worked with him at the Port-Said-based club two years ago.
