The match, which takes place in Libya because of security worries in Egypt, is scheduled for February 25th.
The Whites want to reschedule the meeting for the 27th of the same month to have enough time for the perpetrations.
"We've faced problems in the process of issuing travel clearances," Zamalek's football director Ibrahim Hassan told FilGoal.com.
"Some of the governmental offices are still out of services.
"We will inform CAF that we want to postpone the match for two days in order to have enough time to wrap up our papers."
Zamalek beat Ulinzi 4-0 in the first leg in Kenya.
