Zamalek were given permission by Egyptian authorities to host Ulinzi Stars of Kenya in Cairo, announced the Egyptian FA.

The Champions League match was supposed to take place in Libya on February 27 due to the security uncertainties in Egypt following the recent revolution, which toppled president Hosni Mubarak.

However, demonstrations broke out in Libya too as people there are willing to follow in the footsteps of Arab neighbors Tunisia and Egypt.

Now the game is set to be held in Cairo as initially planned.

"We received a letter informing us that we can play the game at Military Academy Stadium," Zamalek's marketing director Ashraf Sobhi told FilGoal.com before the FA's site confirmed his statement.

It's yet to be known whether or not the game will be played behind closed doors.

Zamalek boast a comfortable lead over Kenyan champions Ulinzi, thanks to the thumping 4-0 victory in Nairobi last month.
