The well-built striker nursed a knee injury for a couple of months before getting back to action in the Whites' 8-0 friendly win over Kaha on 15 February.
He's expected to be included in Zamalek's starting lineup for the round of 64 meeting on Sunday.
Zaki's fellow strikers Abou Kone and Ahmed Gaafar are also in the squad while winter arrival Mohamed Aoudia was left out through injury.
Veteran keeper Abdul-Wahed Al-Sayed remains doubtful for the match due to injury. His deputy Mostafa Abdul-Satar will stand between the sticks should the Egypt goalie be ruled out.
The match takes place at Military Academy Stadium.
