Ismaili winger Mohab Saied has terminated his loan contract with Ittihad and is set to return to the Dervishes.

Saied, who was loaned out to Ittihad in January, but didn’t make a single appearance with the Alexandrians following the recent unrest at the club.

The 24-year-old was among the 22 Ittihad players who went on strike last week, forcing new coach Ahmed Sari to turn to the U-20s ahead of Thursday’s meeting with MCDR.

Meanwhile, Ismaili boss Mark Wotte seemed relieved with the return of the winger, amid the team’s recent injury problems.

“Saied’s return will be useful to us after the injuries of Hosni Abd-Rabou and Amr Al-Sulaya,” the Dutchman said after the 1-1 draw with Petrojet.
