Ismaili's holding midfielder Hosni Abd-Rabou got back in training Wednesday and is set to make his comeback against Zamalek in Ismailia Monday.
The Egypt ace suffered a concussion and a facial bone hairline fracture in Ismaili's embarrassing 4-0 loss at Kenya's Sofapaka, which saw the Dervishes wave goodbye to the CAF Confederation Cup round of 32 on 2 April.
"Abd-Rabou took part in training after he had been proven fit," Ismaili doctor Gamal Al-Talli told FilGoal.com.
The 26-year-old will be a major boost for Ismaili ahead of their crucial Egyptian Premier League game with Zamalek.
Ismaili lie second in the league table with 34 points, five adrift of leaders Zamalek.
