Ismaili captain Hosni Abd-Rabou believes that his side’s over-concentration led them into being nervous in Sunday defeat to Arab Contactors.

The Dervishes slumped to a surprise 1-0 home defeat to the league strugglers, who snatched the three points with an early goal from Nigerian Musa Kabiru.

“We were too much focused on a win and therefore the players got nervous, so we lost the game,” Egypt midfielder Abd-Rabou told FilGoal.com.

“We also missed the striker, after Mohamed Abou-Greisha got injured, who can pull off the too many chances we created.”

While Nigerian Godwin Ndubuisi was out injured, Ismaili’s lone striker Abou-Greisha was forced off at half time, prompting manager Emad Soliman to move winger John Owoeri to the frontline.
