ENPPI ended Police Union's three-match winning streak by beating the Minister of Interior's side 1-0 away in the Egyptian Premier League on Friday.

Vincent Die Foneye came off the bench to break the deadlock 16 minutes from time with a powerful header to seal the victory for the petroleum side.

ENPPI are now keeping pace with fourth-placed Police Union on 36 points. The latter team are one spot ahead on goal difference.

In Port Said, Masri downed Harras Hodoud by the same scoreline, thanks to a deadly mistake by Islam Al-Shater.

Hodoud's Ahmed Hassan Mekki had a goal correctly disallowed one minute from time through offside.

Masri lie seventh in the league table with 30 points while Hodoud are 11th on 24.
