The Red Devils are keeping pace with leaders Zamalek on 46 points, following the latter team's stunning 1-0 loss to MCDR, a result that blew the title race wide open.
Jose said on Ahli's official website: "I don't think Zamalek should worry us, it's the other way around.
"Ahli are not afraid of Zamalek's strength. We aim to secure the summit and end the season in triumph."
