The Cairo giants filed a complaint against Egyptian referee Yasser Mahmoud, who presided over their controversial 1-0 defeat by MCDR.
Mahmoud, who was accused of making unfair decisions during the match, announced his retirement shortly afterwards, while Zamalek have been calling for a rematch.
Hassan told reporters on Monday: "We insist on hiring foreign referees for all our upcoming matches, and by foreign I mean European, not African or Arab.
"We won't give up this demand, we have suffered from (refereeing) injustice," he added.
Zamalek are on top of the Egyptian Premier League table with 46 points, only several goals ahead of title holders and arch-rivals Ahli.
